Week 1 – Day 3

Food Awareness (no calorie counting necessary)

  • Start or continue a simple food journal.
  • Write down:
    • What you ate and how much (roughly).
  • What to count or measure:
    • Foods high in fat, like nuts, seeds, avocado, etc.
    • Foods high in concentrated carbs, like dates, bananas, or cooked starches, → write down approximate amounts.
    • Greens & light veggies → just check if you’re eating enough, not exact numbers, the more the better (as long as you are feeling comfortable)
  • Add a quick satiety/mood note for each meal → connect food → feeling.
    • Did you feel full? Satisfied? Emotional?
    • Did it feel like it’s enough, too much, or too little?

The goal is not to restrict, but to learn your patterns and find your own unique way to eat healthy, nourishing and satisfying foods that are enjoyable, easy and sustainable for you.

What I invite you to do is to start developing similar patterns of eating with similar meals every day. This makes it super easy to adjust and start releasing excess body fat in a stable sustainable way.

Even if you eat out one or few days a week, you can roughly calculate this day to be about the same calories as your regular meals (or use your biofeedback to see how much weight you gain and then adjust the other meals on the same day).
Then, eat similar dishes when you go out so you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

NB! Hugely important note:

If you will be tempted to start pushing your body to lose weight quickly (for your numbers to look better on the program) it’s most likely not going to last and you won’t get the real results – the emotional and physical freedom.

So on a practical level, what I am saying is – make sure you drink enough water to feel hydrated, eat enough fiber to feel comfortably full, enough protein (don’t have to worry about the exact numbers just yet) , fats (4-8 tablespoons of nuts, avocado or seeds – that’s roughly 10-20%) and just enough carbs to feel energized (without overstuffing on carbs emotionally).

Have a bit of patience, give your body and mind time to show you their patterns and then gently guide your body and mind towards freedom. This way – you’ll have one of the most profound transformations in your whole life – a true liberation that will set you free from ever worrying about your weight or body fat ever again.
